This is the easiest brownie recipe that can be made with everything I have at home within 1 hour!
This recipe works for a 6 inch round baking pan. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
Tips:
- Use a hand whisk, instead of an electric mixer to avoid over mixing.
- Mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder) in advance makes it easier to mix them into the wet ingredients.
- Grease the pan makes it easier to move the cake out of the pan.
- Don’t over bake it, otherwise, it will be a cake brownie rather than a fudge brownie.
