Recently I suddenly have a craving for sweet food, including meat…The other day, I saw the pork rib in the grocery store, so I decided that I will finally try making this classic dish!
Ingredients:
- Pork rib 1 pound
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp black rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp shaoxing wine
- 30g white sugar
- 1 tbsp toasted white sesame
- ginger and green onion
